DNA Testing Process

This service is for first time child cases (first passport for a child) applying for the British citizenship and who have been offered by His Majesty’s Passport Office (through an official letter) to take their DNA test at a TLScontact location.

How to create
your TLScontact account

Please follow the steps below to submit your application at the TLScontact Application Centre.

Step 1: Create Your TLScontact Account

Please create your personal user account using a valid email address.

Create an application;
Click on application type and select DNA testing;
Enter customer name and the reference number;
For an additional customer please choose ‘add a customer’ and enter their details including their reference number.

Step 2: Make the payment

Select ‘Added Value Service’ and choose correct fee and add service in the Cart;
For additional customers, please select another reference number from the top right corner and choose the fee and add to cart;
Select view cart and checkout;
Enter your bank card details.

Step 3: Make An Appointment

Using the appointment table, please choose a suitable appointment date and time to book an appointment;
You should receive an auto email with the appointment confirmation;
If the appointment chosen is not suitable at a later time, to rebook please visit our Contact Us page.

Step 4: Attend your appointment at TLScontact

Attend your appointment on time;
Please bring the appointment confirmation email with you;
Bring the payment confirmation email, along with the other requested documents to your appointment.
